Avermann: filing for insolvency and termination of cooperation
Avermann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG filed for insolvency at the Osnabrück district court at the beginning of December 2025.
For this reason, we have terminated our partnership with Avermann.
What does this mean for our customers?
For you as an operator and customer: serviceability and operational reliability remain guaranteed. We have set up our processes in such a way that ongoing projects can continue to be processed reliably.
New partners for channel baling presses are ready
In order to be able to continue to offer you efficient solutions in the field of channel baling presses / horizontal baling presses, we have already linked up with suitable partners:
- PAM / Plan Machinery (Plan Makina) – manufacturer of horizontal/channel balers, among other things
- TEHNIX d.o.o. (TEHNIX EKO INDUSTRIJA) – machinery and equipment for environmental/waste management, incl. baling solutions
We will be happy to support you in selecting and designing the right system for your material flow.
Seebright drainage systems: operations continue unchanged
Important for all operators: Seebright dewatering systems will continue to be operated by us.
There are no restrictions on ongoing operations here.
