Channel balers from PAM Plan Makina are available in various sizes, performance levels and designs, depending on the application and space available. The material to be compacted is fed into the feed hopper of the channel baling press via a conveyor belt, for example. A light barrier integrated in the feed chute triggers the pressing process. The speed of the plunger is regulated depending on the pressure.
The entire pressing process is controlled according to pressure, time and travel. At the end of the pressing process, the pressing piston returns to the home position under program control and the pressing process starts again from the beginning.
The installation of the pressing technology can be carried out by our qualified specialists on request. Comprehensive training during commissioning is of course included. Channel balers are available in numerous standardized versions.
