TYPE AVOS 1410 B:

The fully automatic AVOS 1410 B channel baling press is ideal for compacting cardboard, paper, plastics and other recycling materials. State-of-the-art technology in accordance with the C standard for horizontal channel balers published in 2013 (DIN EN 16252).

  • Durable machine frame in sturdy welded construction, designed for fastening to the hall floor with dowels
  • Rapid/power speed control and automatic speed adjustment, depending on the required pressing pressure for optimum material throughput
  • Cutting blade on the plunger and counter plate, hardened and tempered, for cutting off protruding material. Knife hardness: 56 + 4 HRC
  • Press plunger guide with low-maintenance plastic guides, highly wear-resistant and insensitive to dirt. Excellent accessibility for easy adjustment of the guides to minimize cutting forces
  • Press plunger with feed chute cover for continuous feeding of the machine
  • Fully automatic press channel adjustment on three sides with press pressure-dependent control

In less than 2 hours, the tying of an Avermann channel baling press was retrofitted from steel wire to plastic wire. Ideal if the bales are to be incinerated.
