Glassbreaker X-Size - Efficient volume reduction for glass containers

The Glassbreaker X-Size reduces the volume of disposable glass containers by up to 95 % thanks to powerful 3:1 compaction. The robust stainless steel construction and direct drive geared motors ensure a long service life with minimal maintenance. With a throughput of up to 25 cubic yards per hour, the Glassbreaker is ideal for bottling plants, processing plants and warehouses. The hopper is designed for 1-yard self-dumping carts and enables convenient and cost-effective loading. Commercially available IBC totes can be used as cullet collection containers – a particularly economical solution. The interlocked cullet container door ensures maximum safety during operation. Glass is 100% recyclable and can be used again and again without any loss of quality.
