Control is via an Allen Bradley 10″ touchscreen with PLC and is SCADA-enabled for fully automated, unattended operation.
Three process zones ensure optimum dewatering results: The patented Gravity Zone with 4° inclination, the patented Radius-Wedge Zone and the High Pressure/Shear Zone with patented Wing Roll (50 % open area). The pneumatic belt tensioning and control works without hydraulics – this means corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. Applications range from sewage treatment plants and the paper/pulp industry to food processing and mineral slurries.
