Maximum efficiency for large volumes of waste

Stationary compactors are ideal for compacting large quantities of waste or recyclable materials. The pressing unit is firmly mounted on the substrate and connected to a transport container into which the material is pressed. As soon as the container is full, it is disconnected, replaced by an empty container and driven to the disposal point.

Thanks to the pre-flangeable transport containers, the stationary presses from Avermann offer a high degree of flexibility and individuality. This ensures continuous waste disposal without interrupting the production line. The maximum capacity of the transport containers is 32 m³. The entire process is controlled by an integrated, low-maintenance electrohydraulic system.
