The Bag Opener from PAM Plan Makina reliably opens plastic bags and feeds the dosed material to the downstream sorting and processing systems. Depending on the type of material and system capacity, feeding takes place via a moving floor or a conveyor belt. With a bag opening rate of over 95 %, the bag opener is suitable for a wide range of materials such as MRF, household waste (MSW), waste paper and more.
The Bag Opener is characterized by low maintenance costs, low power consumption and easy access to all spare parts. An automatic stop mechanism protects the machine as soon as foreign objects are detected. The generously dimensioned hopper ensures a high intake capacity.
